OT&U Founder Catharina, is an experienced and dedicated Occupational therapist with a background working in neuroscience rehabilitation (QLD & NSW Primary Healthcare). Cat has been a part of community organisations and is established in private practice servicing the Mid North Coast, New South Wales.

Catharina’s diverse experience spans across the Disability, Insurance, and Aged Care Sectors and she has volunteered in health programs overseas.

Catharina incorporates a wealth of life and lived experiences into the holistic scope of her Occupational Therapy practice. She enjoys working with individuals with complex needs and draws upon vast knowledge and creativity for tailored therapy solutions.

Catharina is an AHPRA board certified Occupational Therapist, a full member of Occupational Therapy Australia and a FIM Accredited practitioner.

In her spare time, Cat enjoys the immersive experience of nature and photography, creative endeavours, growing own food and visiting markets.
